Life can be full of light and brightness,
On silent days with plain blue skies
Or life can be like pitter patter raindrops
That falls like tears from your ruby eyes.
Life can be the ever dreamy heaven
That you will only reach through hell,
But you won't know that you are happy,
If you haven't been sad as well.

But you will be wiser once you know
That even roses need both sunshine
And a touch of rain to grow...
